Here’s what you need to know.
1. Our Service Agreement Starts when you Submit this Form. It Continues for the Whole time you are an Account Stability Client. It’s Important you Read and Agree to the Service Agreement.
2. To End the Service Agreement Please Send us an Email with 28 Days Notice.
3. Account Stability will Pay Provider Invoices and your Reimbursements. We will Help you to Manage your NDIS Plan Budget within the Rules of the National Disability Insurance Agency.
4. We’ll Need you to Provide Tax Invoices for any Purchases you Want to Claim.
5. Account Stability will be Paid from The Plan Management Funding in your NDIS Plan.
6. Account Stability will Only Pay Invoices and Reimbursements if the Funding for them is Included in your NDIS Plan.
